Petja Kocet (born 1998) is a multidisciplinary artist exploring painting, graphic art, and photography. In 2021, he earned his BA degree in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (ALUO) in Ljubljana, under the mentorship of Professor Ksenija Čerče, and was honored with the ALUO Award. Following this, Kocet showcased his artistic journey with the debut solo exhibition "Freightline1" in 2022 at the cultural center Libertas in Koper. In 2023, he collaborated with David Kucler to co-present the solo exhibition "Meadow" at Kino Šiška. Additionally, his most recent exhibition, "Flowers," took place at the Dobra Vaga Gallery, adding another layer to his evolving artistic narrative. Currently pursuing a master's degree in painting at ALUO, Kocet resides and works in Ljubljana.
